Our goal at Phoenix is to help you return to a pain-free, active lifestyle. Your initial visit with your Physical Therapist is a starting point to create your customized physical therapy program. It will consist of reviewing your medical history and conducting an evaluation which serves as the basis of an appropriate treatment plan.
