Individualized program components include:
- Golf swing analysis, biomechanics of golf swing
- Recommendation for improving soft tissue and joint mobility
- Instruction in a Transitional Care stretching and strengthening program
- Guidance in golf-specific exercise drills for coordination and balance
- Strengthening and endurance exercises
