From the first day I walked through the door, I felt heard. Time was taken with me to really understand what I was experiencing, like I was really cared about as a patient. Throughout my experience I was offered new exercises to address any concerns or pains I was experiencing. I enjoy my weekly visits gaining strength and confidence that it was actually working and the environment in the facility was light, energetic, encouraging and made PT fun.
