Sarah Conlon , PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Sarah was born in Hazleton, PA and raised in Berks County, PA. Sarah began her education at Reading Area Community College before transferring to Lehigh Carbon Community College where she graduated with an Associates in Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012. Sarah’s background includes working as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the rehabilitation and skilled nursing setting for 10+ years before transitioning to the outpatient setting.
Sarah has a passion for exercise science, neuromuscular reeducation and implementing an evidence-based approach when working with patients to help them recover and reach their full potential. Sarah looks forward to developing her knowledge and manual skills through continuing education.
Sarah enjoys spending time with loved ones, being outdoors, traveling, and living an active lifestyle through exercise, hiking, and various activities.
