Lori Creel , PT, DPT
Clinic Director
Lori has been a member of the Phoenix team since 2018. She is a native of Greenville, AL and received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Auburn University in 2015 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Alabama State University in 2018. Lori’s career has been dedicated to outpatient orthopedics treating all varieties of orthopedic conditions. She strives to create an individualized and holistic plan of care for each of her patients so they may live their best lives, pain free. Lori believes that building relationships and providing proper patient education are key for maximizing patient outcomes.
Lori lives in Montgomery with her husband and fellow Phoenix PT, Jordan, and their dog, Harper. She enjoys creating hand-written calligraphy and hand-painted banners for all occasions. Lori loves traveling with her husband, Auburn football, and spending time at Lake Martin.
