Justin Steinberger, PT, DPT

Justin, originally from Wilkes-Barre, PA, grew up in West Pittston, PA, attending Wyoming Area High School where his passion for health and fitness began. He began by playing baseball and football, where he built a foundation in strength and conditioning in the weight room and on the field. He then attended Misericordia University, obtaining his bachelor of the arts in biology, followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2022. Following graduation, Justin worked for 2 years in the outpatient setting gaining a wide array of experience treating patients of all kinds – including vestibular and concussion rehab, orthopedic conditions and surgeries, joint replacements, sports injuries, work injuries, chronic pain, geriatrics, and aquatic therapy. 

Justin took the role as clinic director for the Phoenix Physical Therapy clinic on Carey Ave in Wilkes-Barre, PA in March of 2025, where he treats patients with a progressive, individualized approach to rehabilitation. He prioritizes utilizing custom exercise programs for each patient, with emphasis on consistently progressing each one as per the patient’s needs,goals, and abilities. He additionally has substantial experience utilizing soft tissue and joint mobilizations to help patients manage symptoms and feel better to achieve outcomes. Justin loves spending time outdoors hiking, hunting, fishing, and working out in his free time, and strives to create an extremely enjoyable environment to help people return their passions and/or jobs as soon as possible!
