My goal for my patients is to thrive, not just survive. I treat holistically, addressing not only the physical side effects of an injury, but also the mental and emotional components. Listen to the body and it will tell you what is happening! I take pride in making my patients better versions of themselves from day one to discharge.
Heather joined the Phoenix Team in 2020 as a physical therapist at our Shamokin clinic. With a passion for patient care and leadership, she now serves as the Clinic Director at our Hughesville location.
Heather brings extensive clinical expertise in manual therapy for a wide range of orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehabilitation, worker’s compensation cases, and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her approach combines hands-on techniques with compassionate, individualized care.
Though not originally from the area, Heather grew up in a small town and is excited to provide high-quality care to a community that feels like home. She currently lives in Bloomsburg with her husband and their two American Bulldogs. Outside of work, Heather enjoys relaxing with a good book in a hammock, kayaking, and savoring a great cup of coffee.
