Massage therapy can reduce and treat numerous symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and stress. This technique has also been proven to relieve back and neck pain, headaches, muscle pains and some forms of chronic pain.
Massage Therapists will apply systematic pressure and movement to your body’s soft tissues, which includes skin, muscles, tendons ligaments, and fascia (the membrane surrounding your body’s muscle and muscle groups). This method helps promote blood and lymph flow while stimulating nerves and stretching muscles and tissues. Other additional benefits include nourished and healthy skin, reduction of blood pressure, improvement of the immune system, and endorphin release.

At Phoenix, you can visit our certified massage therapists with or without needing other services at our facilities. Most insurance plans do not directly cover massage therapy and payment is expected upon the completion of your massage therapy sessions. Gift certificates are available for purchase, and recipients are asked to mention the certificate at the time of appointment scheduling.
