Our Athletic Trainers help evaluate, treat, rehabilitate and prevent sports injuries and limitations of athletes. Our team collaborates with physicians to help you perform your best in sports, work and life. Phoenix’s athletic training programs minimize your impairments and functional limitations while improving your performance. Our certified Athletic Trainers work with athletes of all ages and levels of competition creating a customized program to help prevent injuries, relieve pain and improve performance.

Functional Testing
Athletes complete a series of routines to assess their function and mobility specifically looking to identify any areas with pain, weakness or biomechanical dysfunction. Our clinics may offer video running analysis, SportMetrics or other testing.

Prevention Techniques
Our Physical Therapists provide tools and exercises to maintain strength, balance and proper form to prevent injuries or issues.

Reduce or Eliminate Pain
Therapeutic exercises, manual techniques and special treatments including, ultrasound, taping, or electrical stimulation may be used to relieve pain and restore muscle and joint function.

Recovery Treatments*
Many of our clinics offer a variety of additional recovery treatments to aid in performance recovery. These may include:
