Will Mozingo, PTA

William Mozingo, PTA, is a dedicated healthcare professional with over a decade of experience in physical therapy. He is a veteran of the United States Army, where he proudly served in the 82nd Airborne Division, an experience that instilled in him a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and commitment to service that continues to shape his professional approach today.

William holds an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science in Allied Health as a Physical Therapist Assistant and has been practicing in Ocean Pines, Maryland for more than ten years. Throughout his career, he has developed extensive hands-on expertise in patient-centered rehabilitation, with specialized skills in soft tissue massage, manual traction, cupping, therapeutic taping, and Graston tool techniques. These methods allow him to provide individualized care focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life for his patients.

Currently, William serves as the Clinic Director of Phoenix Physical Therapy’s Ocean Pines location, where he oversees clinical operations while continuing to work directly with patients. William says, “In this role, I am committed to maintaining high standards of care, mentoring clinical staff, and fostering a collaborative environment that supports both patient outcomes and professional growth. My goal is to continue advancing evidence-based physical therapy practices while making a meaningful impact in the community I serve.”
