Scott McGeary, DPT, SCS, CSCS
Clinic Director / Physical Therapist
Scott McGeary was born and raised in Harrisburg, PA. He has been a multisport athlete his entire life focusing heavily on long distance running through college and into his adult life, still competing avidly on the track as well as in road races from 5k to Marathon. He takes that same athlete-centric approach to sports medicine and treats his patients of all ages by focusing on their specific, functional goals. From youth athletes maximizing their potential to Olympians staying healthy and the aging adult staying active to play with their grand kids, Scott will focus on the individual and push them to meet their goals and improve their quality of life.
He loves doing gait analysis on his running athletes and discussing appropriate training philosophies, spending time with each patient to understand their past training and future plans for sport which better enables them to maximize their rehabilitation and performance. In 2026, he did a rotation at the Lake Placid Olympic and Paralympic Training Center and plans to continue with yearly support of the OTC as well as World Cup and Olympic competitions.
He has specific training and certifications in Running Gait Training, the Fitness Athlete, McKenzie Method, Graston Technique, Blood Flow Restriction, Concussion Rehab.
Outside of the clinic, Scott enjoys running and lifting, traveling to new countries, and spending tons of quality time with his family which often includes baking/cooking and building magnetic tiles with his son.
