Sarah is a strong believer in looking at the whole person when treating her PT patients. She incorporates evidence-based medicine while also using her 21 years of clinical experience to develop the best possible treatment plan which yields the best possible outcomes. Sarah will always take the patients’ goals into consideration when developing the most appropriate treatment plan. She takes great pride in the positive rapport she develops with her patients, along with the good treatment outcomes.
Sarah has been working with patients who suffer from pelvic floor dysfunction for over 20 years. She obtained her certification in pelvic floor rehabilitation in 2015 and was recertified in 2025. This professional distinction signifies that she is an expert in pelvic health rehabilitation and has passed rigorous testing to demonstrate her expertise.
When not at work, Sarah enjoys being as active as she can. Whether it be snow skiing, waterskiing, hiking or biking, kayaking or paddle boarding, rock climbing or just going to the gym. She loves to travel on occasion as well and hopes to make it to most of the United Sates National Parks in her lifetime. Sarah drags her husband, kids, and dogs on as many of these adventures as she can.
