My goal through physical therapy is to help people get back to living their best life. I try to create a safe environment where people can come to focus on getting better through movement and positivity.  Life is short but if we are lucky, it can also be very long, and I want people to be able to do what they want for as long as they want. I motivate my patients through educating them on diagnoses and exercises, creating individualized treatment programs and providing an optimistic mindset to help instill confidence and build independence. Physical therapy has had a positive impact on my life as a patient and now provider and I want to help grow and promote the profession as best I can so that more people can be positively affected by it as well.
