Kailey Hanson, PTA, OPTA

Kailey graduated from Montgomery County Community College in 2019, being the first cohort to graduate with Montco’s PTA program. In 2022 she became Orthopedic certified, which focuses on the treatment and rehabilitation of the numerous musculoskeletal conditions which improves her skills needed to provide quality, evidence-based care utilizing advanced exercise prescription. She works part time in the clinic due to her main role as Phoenix’s marketing liaison.

Kailey has interest in treating a variety of demographics and conditions including orthopedic injuries specifically knees and low back, pre- and post- surgery, and external pelvic floor. She likes to educate her patients on pain neuroscience and neuromuscular control of underutilized muscles, which is important for day-to-day life.

Her hobbies include hiking with her 3 dogs, caring for her 30 chickens, and playing tennis with her husband. For fitness Kailey will compete in 5K charity races and spin at her local studio or Peloton.
