My treatment philosophy utilizes a patient-specific approach to implement an individualized care plan to help my patients achieve their goals.  I also educate my patients to provide them with the knowledge and skills to reduce the risk of further injury and to manage their condition.

Joseph enjoys being active and spending time out in nature. He grew up playing soccer, as well as running cross country and track. He has completed 4 marathons, including the Boston Marathon. He also enjoys hiking, cycling, traveling, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.
