My treatment philosophy centers around reducing pain, restoring movement and improving function by identifying the root cause. My treatment approach consists of various manual interventions, developing a tailored exercise program, education in self-management of symptoms, and promoting lifestyle changes for long-term wellness. I enjoy watching my patients become life-long managers of their health and wellness.
Jennifer began working at Advanced Physical Therapy Center in July of 2022 and has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy for 27 years. She takes pride in building strong bonds with patients as well as her peers based on trust, empathy, clear communication, and shared goals. She has lived in Waterford for 26 years and is married to Mark and has two adult children, Andrew and Natalie. Her fur family consists of a dog, 2 cats, a rabbit, guinea pig and a parrot. Jennifer enjoys spending time with her animals and has taken an interest in speech therapy as she is teaching her parrot how to talk and interact with the family. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to concerts, gardening, and playing pickleball.
