Jeffrey Campagna , PT, DPT, COMT

Originally from Lancaster, PA, Jeff Campagna earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College. He is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) and serves as the Clinic Director and Lead Physical Therapist at Phoenix’s outpatient facility in Lancaster.

Jeff is passionate about expanding access to high-quality physical therapy care in his community. He uses an evidence-based approach that blends clinical expertise, manual therapy, and patient values to create personalized treatment plans focused on restoring full function and achieving patient goals.

With a strong and diverse athletic background, Jeff brings firsthand insight into performance, recovery, and injury prevention. He has competed in soccer, swimming, track and field, and cross country, as well as experience training for and competing in triathlons.

Outside the clinic, he enjoys running, hiking, fishing, and playing pickleball. Jeff proudly lives and works in Lancaster, where he is committed to serving his community.
