Dave has been treating the fine citizens of the Shamokin/Coal Township area for the last decade as the Facility Director of Appalachian Physical Therapy, which is now doing business as Phoenix Physical Therapy in a larger and better equipped facility.  Dave is a lifetime resident of the area and currently lives in the Elysburg area with his wife and two sons.
