Carrie B. Fogel, PT, DPT

Clinic Director / Physical Therapist

“It is my belief that each human being is uniquely organized and functioning from a combination of body, mind, and spirit.  To me, the definition of health is a state of complete physical, emotional, and psychologically well-being. In my opinion, it is extremely important to establish a relationship with my patients that go beyond a medical diagnosis.  Making personal connections and developing lifelong relationships with them enables me to understand each patient’s concerns and individual needs.  This relationship will help provide the highest quality of “patient specific” care, obtaining the ultimate goal of restoring functional independence and physical performance, and empowering them to enjoy their lives to fullest capacity.”

Carrie joined the Phoenix team in June 2016 and presently serves as facility director and lead physical therapist for Phoenix’s outpatient physical therapy facility in Selinsgrove.  Here, she has been an integral part of the overall development and growth of the facility.

A Doctor of Physical Therapy, Carrie’s commitment to outstanding clinical care is demonstrated by extensive ongoing continuing and clinical education.  Her clinical expertise includes manual techniques/mobilizations for the treatment of general orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries and workers’ compensation, as well as Kinesio Taping, vestibular rehabilitation and women’s health.

Currently Carrie resides in Winfield, PA.  Outside the office, she enjoys snow skiing, traveling, hiking, boating, CrossFit/running, and spending time with her family and four legged friends.
