Amy Farrer, PT, DPT
Clinic Director / Physical Therapist
“With the individual patient being the center of care, their participation in all aspects of rehabilitation is required. Constant dialogue regarding symptoms and functional complaints are imperative to keep therapy focused on their goals. The goals for rehabilitation are specific to each patient. With that in mind, each course of treatment varies. Therapy is concluded when each patient has control of their symptoms and is able to self manage them through self treatment and exercise.”
Amy joined the Phoenix Physical Therapy and Health Services team, Mansfield, in June of 2000, as a staff Physical Therapist, and was later promoted to Faclity Director in 2006. She received her doctorate in physical therapy from Drexel University in 2005 and continues to further her knowledge and advance her skillset. Outside the clinic, she and her husband Jim live locally in Mansfield. They are currently enjoying life with their first child Ella who was born in July 2004 and welcomed twin girls, Addison and Madalyn in July 2006.
