I focus on providing my patients with personalized programs that are specific to their needs and concerns. I believe that the most powerful tool I have as a therapist is education, teaching my patients how to make well informed decisions that will help them progress towards their goals.

Alex graduated from Aquinas College in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training before earning his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2022. Since then, he has spent years practicing in an outpatient setting, including nearly two years serving patients at Advanced Physical Therapy Center’s Davison location before transitioning into his role as Clinic Director in Clarkston.

Alex enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has a particular interest in working with athletes, particularly runners. He is certified in dry needling and has pursued continuing education in clinical management of the aging adult, fitness athlete rehabilitation, and treatment of temporomandibular disorders (TMD). He values building meaningful relationships with his patients and helping them return to the activities that are most important to them. As Clinic Director, Alex looks forward to becoming an active part of the Clarkston community and building lasting relationships with the patients and families he serves.

Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys staying active through golf, hiking or training for his next running event.
