I focus on providing my patients with personalized programs that are specific to their needs and concerns. I believe that the most powerful tool I have as a therapist is education, teaching my patients how to make well informed decisions that will help them progress towards their goals.

Alex grew up in Southern Michigan as one of five siblings before completing his undergraduate and post graduate education in the West Michigan area. He lives with his wife and two dogs. During his time outside of work he enjoys anything that keeps him outside including hiking with his wife/dogs, training for his next marathon or golfing.
