Being diagnosed with Cancer is life changing. Treatment may be overwhelming. Physical Therapy is a key component to helping you manage your symptoms and get back to doing the things that matter most to you.

Some of the more common side effects may include:

  • Fatigue
  • Numbness
  • Weakness
  • Balance deficits
  • Restricted Joint Movement
  • Skin Tightness
  • Swelling

Exercise is medicine. It is difficult sometimes to find the inner strength to move or to feel motivated. Physical Therapy can help.

We are here to encourage as well as to motivate you on the days that are difficult. We will closely monitor you, and be in contact with your doctor to make sure we are all on the same page towards keeping you healthy. At Phoenix, we work with you and your Oncologist to devise an individual plan to address your needs.

I can’t say enough great things about the entire team at Phoenix! Over the years, they’ve helped me through so much, first with my knees (2 years), and more recently with my back and ankle (about 4 months). Every single person there goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and truly improving.
