Mary Alphonse, PT, DPT

Mary is an orthopedic and vestibular physical therapist, focusing on functional exercise and getting patients back to their goals. She grew up in the northern Virginia area, attending college at George Mason University and PT school at George Washington University. Throughout her education, she developed a love for anatomy and physiology, coming to appreciate the wonder that the human body is. Her philosophy emphasizes functional strength, pain/vestibular education, encouraging positive health behaviors, and promoting life-long independence. Her goal is to have every patient end their time in physical therapy, fully equipped with the tools needed to live their fullest, strongest life. In her free time, you’ll find her spending quality time with her fiancé (soon to be husband!) and friends, finding new restaurants, attending church events, cooking/baking (badly), or taking day trips to the beach!
