With our PHX FIT safe-pay program, we allow a discharged patient to continue a maintenance exercise program. This program is individualized to the patient’s needs. Based on each facility’s available hours, a patient in the PHX FIT program is welcome to attend as often as desired or suggested by their physical therapist.

An incredible shout out to my care team & therapists. They have helped me work through my injury, and they have provided me tools & education on my next steps. The office space is clean and functional. Also, they are patient and gentle therapists too! They are easy to schedule with. Great for a sports injury and a great place for out patient rehab!
