Connor Sausser, PTA

Connor was born in Reading, PA and raised in Berks County. He began his education at Penn State Berks completing his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology in 2019 and began working as a personal trainer and fitness coach at Body Zone Sports and Wellness Complex.  He then moved to Sarasota, FL where he became the Head Trainer at F45 Lakewood Ranch Fitness Club. After a year, he moved back to Berks where he attended Central Penn College and received his associate degree in applied science. Connor has always had a passion for health & wellness, fitness, and sports. His passion is to work with individuals of all ages and deliver a holistic approach to rehabilitation and recovery.
