Lauren Valenti, PT, DPT

Lauren was born and raised in Massapequa, NY. She grew up playing sports including lacrosse, volleyball, soccer and track. She continued her lacrosse career at Salisbury University, winning the National Championship in 2021. After earning her Bachelor of Science as a Biology major, she began her Physical Therapy career at Arcadia University. She graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024.
While attending graduate school, Lauren enjoyed walking and watching after dogs during her free time. She volunteered her time visiting a local resident with Parkinson’s disease to guide them through a weekly exercise program. Lauren also completed a research study during her time at Arcadia which focused on running-related injuries in athletes who completed the Broad Street run in Philadelphia. Some hobbies that Lauren enjoys include crocheting/sewing, painting, camping, traveling and staying active.
Lauren is eager to grow as a clinician and will continue to research the best treatment methods to help patients achieve their goals. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and creating an individualized approach to set her patients up for success.
