Jason Hawkins, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Jason believes it is important to perform an individualized and comprehensive evaluation that encompasses treating the whole body. He makes sure that the patients’ goals are prioritized. Finding and addressing the deficits at the root of a patient’s pain allows Jason to best treat his patients and facilitate their recovery and return to their prior level of function.

Outside of work Jason enjoys playing ultimate frisbee, weight training, spending time with family and friends, and reading.
