Tessa Payne, PT, DPT

Tessa is originally from Montgomery, Alabama where she grew up an avid soccer player which ultimately led to some injuries. This triggered her passion for rehabilitation.

She attended Auburn University for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science to begin her educational path to Physical Therapy. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her passion for orthopedics really grew during her clinical rotation at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida where she worked largely with post operative orthopedic cases.

Tessa now lives in Auburn where she works as the clinic director. When she is not working she enjoys hiking, camping and spending time at Lake Martin with her husband and dog.
