Sally Hawkins, OTR/L, CHT, CLT

OTR/L, CHT, CLT

Sally’s expertise is in treating diagnoses of the hand, wrist, elbow, shoulder both surgical and nonsurgical in nature, as well as creating customized orthosis for stability and mobility. She is dedicated to providing an individualized treatment approach to maximize the functional independence and quality of life of her patients.

Sally graduated from Towson State University in Baltimore, MD in 1988 with a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy. She is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT). Sally received a certificate of Hand Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. In addition to being a CHT, Sally is a certified Lymphedema Therapist.
