Rebecca Rhine, PT, DPT
Clinic Director / Physical Therapist
“I believe that establishing a personal relationship between the patient and provider is the single most important aspect of care. Through attentive listening skills, clear lines of communication, and growing connections between the clinic and the community, I hope to earn the trust and confidence of my patients and their families. It is my pleasure to serve my neighbors here in Juniata County and to help them travel down the road to recovery and a better tomorrow.”
Joining the Phoenix Physical Therapy and Health Services, Inc. team in January 2015, Becca presently serves as co-facility director and lead physical therapist for Phoenix’s outpatient physical therapy facility in Mifflintown. Here, she and her team are an integral part of the overall development and growth of the newest Phoenix location.
Becca has over ten years of practical experience in a variety of settings including orthopedic outpatient rehab, home health, aquatic therapy and skilled nursing. Her clinical expertise includes manual techniques/mobilizations, as well as, aquatic therapy programs for the treatment of the upper and lower quadrant for general orthopedic diagnoses, including musculoskeletal injuries and joint replacements, neuromuscular disorders, wounds and vestibular conditions.
Prior to joining Phoenix, Becca has provided physical therapy care in and around the Juniata River Valley throughout her career. After hours, Becca enjoys spending time with her husband and four kids on their family farm, attending her kids’ activities, scrapbooking and playing the piano.
