Heather Smith, PTA

Heather joined Phoenix Physical Therapy offcially in October 2021. She graduated from Johnson College as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

She is LVST BIG certified and enjoys treating an array of paient diagnoses. Heather is open to new treatment technique and wants to continue further her knowledge through continuing education courses.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and enjoying time in nature.
